Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your rental order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If we are not able to resolve the issue prior to your event we will provide a full refund
